For a few years I have been having trouble finding the right healthy foods to eat. I saw my body changing from what once was a sexy 21 year old body to a not-so-sexy 29 year old body. But thanks to Rachael I am now back to a sexy bod at 29! Rachael helped me choose the right healthy foods to eat and taught me why they are good for my body. I learned that you don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight, and that all you need to do is eat what’s good for your body…and that you could still have a piece of cake, but all in moderation.
