May 2025 is HERE, and it’s time to get SNATCHED!
We’re kicking off a brand new season full of potential — for health, happiness, and becoming your fittest, hottest, and sexiest self. Watch out people…Snatched Girl Summer here we come!
This May, we’re not reinventing the wheel or chasing perfection. There’s no need to become a “new you”- you’re already awesome. BUT, that doesn’t mean we can’t level up. So let me ask you: What does better look like for you? Maybe it’s learning how to finally LOSE WEIGHT the sustainable way and keeping it off for good. Maybe it’s moving your body more - and gaining clarity on what that looks like. Maybe it’s letting go of the overly restrictive diet mentality that’s been holding your back from reaching your true potential.
This month, I’ll be guiding you through realistic, sustainable strategies to help you feel stronger, healthier, lighter, more confident, that you can actually stay consistent with. We’re not here for quick fixes or crash plans — we’re building habits that STICK. These are true lifestyle shifts you can carry into any season, event, or packed schedule.
This challenge is all about leveling up on YOUR terms, with the support of an uplifting, like-minded group powered by positivity and my signature RSN-style coaching. I’ll be right there with you, every step of the way — alongside a community that inspires, empowers, and always keeps it real.
