January 2023 is here baby and YOUR TIME IS NOW!  A new year that promises so much for health and wellbeing. This past year was… A LOT! We managed to find time to MAYk WAVES and then made sure to get our October Glow Up on! And then we survived- and hopefully thrived- during holiday season. I don’t know about you, but I am ready to have a kick ass year and to feel like the BEST version of myself. So LFG!!!

Let’s start 2023 without reinventing the wheel. There’s no need to become a NEW you, YOU are already awesome. BUT we can all strive to do BETTER. This can look different for everyone. Would a better you workout a bit more? Or does the better you give yourself a rest day? Does a better you stop eating off your kids’ plates? Or does the better you ditch the diet food mentality that’s sabotaging your happiness? This group and this challenge is about supporting each other to become our BETTER selves. And the power is the combination of the group energy and my RSN style coaching.

For the entire month of January, I will be walking you through all of my tips, tricks, ins, and outs of how to work your way towards a healthier, fitter, stronger, and more confident YOU! I will teach you how to implement realistic and sustainable habits that you can take with you FOREVER- regardless of season, event, or your social calendar!
